Advanced Production Line for Disposable Tableware‌

Our automated manufacturing system integrates ‌high-precision injection molding machines‌ (1800kN clamping force) and ‌multi-layer co-extrusion sheet lines‌ for PLA/bioplastic composites. The process begins with raw material granulation using twin-screw extruders, followed by ‌ISO-classified cleanroom thermoforming‌ at 160-200°C for hygienic food-contact surfaces.

Key equipment includes:

• ‌Rotary hydraulic presses‌ with 800-ton capacity for bagasse pulp molding

• ‌High-speed CNC stamping units‌ (120 cycles/min) for cutlery precision shaping

• ‌Laser-guided trimming systems‌ with ±0.1mm dimensional accuracy

• ‌Automated vision inspection‌ with AI-powered defect detection (99.98% QC pass rate)

The production line employs ‌closed-loop temperature control‌ (±1°C) and ‌servo-electric drive systems‌ to ensure energy efficiency (<0.55kW/kg output). Post-processing features ‌UV sterilization tunnels‌ and ‌anti-static packaging robots‌, achieving full compliance with ISO 13432 (compostable) and ASTM D6400 standards.
